The location and the character of the building was excellent. The views were stanning. The staff very friendly and the breakfast reflected the greenery and the chracter of the place.

The 'family' atmosphere. We immediately felt as belonging to a new family. The Michopoulos were really very hospitable and naturally friendly towards us. We found we made good and lasting friends.
I would suggest to bring more variety to the breakfast buffet.

Structure, furniture, staff and location.

It's an absolutely lovely old mansion full of antique furniture and artifacts. Our room was large and bright (suite). The location is also great since it's next to the village square.
The cleaning needs more attention. Not the poor girls fault since she seems to be a one man (woman) show. They need to hire more help at least for the holidays. The shower curtain has to go (mildew). Room service is sporadic at best which means you have to go down two floors and over to the adjacent building for a cup of coffee. Another let down was that they charge 5 Euros for a bag of fire wood (soggy), The wood was for free and the fireplace lit every afternoon in the hotel we had just left from in another village.
